Will having a security company change a door lock on a Mr. Roger’s door void the warranty if they do the work and they don’t make any changes to the door opening for the new lock?

Will having a security company change a door lock on a Mr. Roger’s door void the warranty if they do the work and they don’t make any changes to the door opening for the new lock?   We want to have one of those key-less entry locks installed but don’t know if this will void the warranty on the door.  Can you please let us know as soon as you can?  Thank you!

Thanks for your question. The new security pads are nice. As long as no additional holes are drilled in the door slab or frame, your warranty will still be in full force and effect. Most of Mr. Rogers entry door systems are designed to accept standard size hardware so your security company should be able to just do a switch out. Good luck with your new security system.
